Good morning, Tigers! There have been some questions about when bus pick up times are during conferences. Tomorrow, bus pick up times will be approximately 3.5 hours later than a typical morning. Students leave at 3:15 PM today and tomorrow, as usual. Friday morning pick up will be at the regular time, but students will head home at 12:40 PM. Thank you!

Good afternoon Tigers!!! It is a busy week ahead. Tomorrow is Science SBAC and Picture Day! Wednesday and Thursday are 1/2 days. Students arrive at 11:30 AM and leave at 3:15 PM. Conferences are from 3:30PM to 7:30 PM at Prescott School both days. Friday we have our Halloween celebrations for elementary - parties and a costume parade. Secondary students are allowed to wear costumes, too. They must be school friendly! Friday is also a 1/2 day - it is the end of 1st Quarter! Students head home at 12:40 PM. Monday we are having celebrations for Dia de los Muertos. Tuesday we are honoring our Character Trait for October in our monthly assembly - RESPECT. Report cards will be sent home next week, as well! Please contact the school if you have any questions.
Soccer Playoffs. The first soccer playoff game will be in Prescott, Friday, November 5 at 1pm. I will send out more details as they become available.
Greetings Tigers! Next week is our 10th week of school! We also have conferences and first quarter report cards. Conferences are on Wednesday the 27th and Thursday the 28th at school from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We will be on PM half day schedules. Students will arrive at 11:30 AM for lunch, and go home at 3:15 PM. On Wednesday secondary students will have periods 1-3, and on Thursday they will have periods 4-6. There will be no 7th period on those days. Friday the 29th will be Halloween celebrations. Students are released at 12:40 PM that day. It is the last day of the quarter. Please contact the school if you have any questions. We will see you all at conferences!

Today is the first day of MS boys basketball practice at the Vista Gym. Today is a early release so players that live in the Vista area will ride the bus home at 2 and will meet at the gym at 3:45. Prescott town players will stay at the Prescott gym and ride in the suburban to Vista at 3:15.

Just a reminder that SBAC testing starts bright and early tomorrow. Please be sure students get a good night's rest and are ready to do their best tomorrow morning. Students will check in to their normal 1st period tomorrow and then move to their testing location. Please bring your Chromebooks and be sure they are charged.

Middle School Boys Basketball Practice Starts Wednesday Oct. 20th in Vista Hermosa.
Prescott town kids will ride bus #16 to Vista after school. They will return in the school suburban with coach Mayberry between 5:30 and 5 :45
Happy Friday Evening Tigers!! Just a reminder that we will be doing the SBAC test next Tuesday 10/19, Thursday 10/21, and the following Tuesday 10/26. Students in grades 4-12 will be testing. We are excited to see how our students will do. Have a great weekend everyone!

Basketball and Covid Testing Update. All non vaccinated athletes who wish to play basketball will be required to have 2 covid tests per week. These will be completed at the school. A parental consent form is being sent home with your athlete. If your athlete is vaccinated, the school is required to have proof of vaccination, a copy of the vaccination card, in order for your athlete to not have to do the testing.
