Friday, January 7, 2022. We have decided to wait and start our Middle School Girls basketball on Monday. We will also begin our 3 times a week Covid testing then for athletes. Good Morning, Tigers!!! School is ON TIME today - Friday, 1/7/2022. The roads look good, but please continue to watch out for ice, slush and snow. Everything is melting. Busses are running on time and students can begin arriving at 7:45 AM. Breakfast is served! We will see you all at school today, Tigers. Safe travels!
Good Morning, Tigers!!! NO SCHOOL - Thursday, 1/6/2022. Road conditions are very hazardous with snow, ice and freezing rain. We do not expect conditions to improve over the next 3 hours, so we are calling a SNOW DAY! We hope we are back tomorrow. We miss you all very much. Stay warm. Stay safe. Rock on, Tigers!!!
Good evening, Tigers!!! We are on a 2 hour delay for tomorrow, Thursday, 1/6/2022. Based on current and projected road conditions, this is the safest option for everyone. Good morning, again, Tigers!!! After another review of road conditions and a look at the current and in-coming weather we have decided to cancel school for today. We'll see how tomorrow unfolds and we will be sharing soon the plan for making up these and any additional snow days. Stay safe and warm, Tigers. We miss you!!!
Good Morning, Tigers!!! We are on a 2 hour delay today! The roads are very icy and there is fog in places. There will be no breakfast service and pick up times will be 2 hours later than usual. School will start at approximately 10:20 AM. Because it is an early release Wednesday, secondary students will report to 4th period when they arrive, elementary students will report directly to their classes. Please stay tuned for updates, though, as we will re-evaluate the roads at 7 AM for a possible closure for the day. Safety first, Tigers!
Good morning, Tigers!!! We are on a 2 HOUR DELAY this morning, Tuesday, 1/5. We are on Snow Routes (families on snow routes are already informed). There will be no breakfast service at school. Student and staff arrival times are 2 hours later than usual. Classes start at 10:20 AM, and we will start in 3rd period. Please take your time, bundle up and travel safely. We will see you all later this morning! Welcome Back!!!
Practice update. With the cancelation of school today, we will now plan to start after Christmas practices on Wed. Remember all athletes regardless of vaccination status will need to be tested for Covid 3 times per week at school, and must have parental permission on file at school to be tested

Winter Sports Athletes and Families
Due to new Covid Screening Testing Requirements for the Washington State Department of Health, we will begin our 3 times weekly athlete testing immediately after the holiday break. All athletes, coaches and team personnel will participate in Covid Screening testing 3 times weekly in order to participate. Everyone must be tested now regardless of vaccination status. All Athletes must have a permission form on file to be tested. If you need a form to be signed by your parent or guardiean see your coach or stop by Mr Foertsch's office. We also want to encourage athletes/students to stay home when experiencing any symptoms.Teams: HS and MS Boys and Girls BasketballDays of the week: Mon/Wed/ThProcess: Athletes and managers will go to home ec room before school to be tested. There should be plenty of time for athletes to get this done and not be late for class. Let Me Know if You have Any Questions
Good morning, Tigers!!! SNOW DAY!!! Based on dangerous road conditions, high winds, and snow predicted for later this morning, there will be no school today. It is safest for everyone to stay home and off the roads. Stay warm, stay safe and rock on, Tigers!!!
Good evening, Tigers!!! WELCOME BACK!!! We are all concerned about road and weather conditions for tomorrow. As of right now, the weather is predicted to turn warmer (above freezing), with winds and rain. We will be out checking the roads early tomorrow morning so that we can make the best decision possible for everyone's safety. Any changes in our schedule - 2 hour delay or Snow Day - will be communicated to all of you no later than 6 AM (usually earlier). Stay tuned and travel safely! Boys Basketball update:
We are planning the following for after Chirstmas break:
Monday and Wednesday High School Boys Basketball under the supervision of Coach Potts would have weight room and basketball access at Prescott. There would be the regular activity bus to go home.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are planning to have Basketball practices at the Vista Gym from after School until 5:30 under the Supervision of Coach Potts. Boys would ride the school bus to Vista. Boys needing to get back to Prescott could ride in the suburban with Coach Potts. There would be room for 6.
To participate all boys would have to be cleared through the Athletic Director office for paperwork and Covid protocals
